ProCredit’s regional network of e-chargers

Throughout 2022, the ProCredit Group will be responsible for the installation of 300 new e-chargers in 10 European countries, the use of which is absolutely free of charge. Thanks to the expansion of the regional network, EV drivers will find it easier to make longer road trips.

Until recently, we had 15 e-chargers strategically installed in all major towns/cities (Subotica, Sombor, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Pančevo, Kragujevac, Čačak and Niš) in front of our 24/7 Zones. The new 27 chargers have been installed in high traffic locations, near major thoroughfares and motorways, making them easily accessible.

Those who drive EVs will be able to make longer road trips effortlessly because they will be able to charge their car batteries every 100 kilometres. In addition to providing these drivers with added value, the positive impact this will have on air quality will be evident over time.

Investing in e-chargers is in line with our commitment to the environment, as we have set environmental protection as one of the key principles of our business. One of the goals of projects such as this is to encourage people to purchase electric vehicles.

It is our desire to set an example of good practice at the internal level which is why our fleet includes 15 EVs. By the end of the first quarter of this year, we plan to ensure that our entire fleet be comprised of zero-emission vehicles, as it is our aim to become carbon neutral in the near future.
