ProCredit Bank joins the Programme in support of small enterprises in the procurement of equipment

Grants up to 25% of the investment

ProCredit Bank Serbia is one of the banks to join the Programme in support of small enterprises in the procurement of equipment for 2023.

The Ministry of Economy, in collaboration with the Development Agency of the Republic of Serbia, and with the support of the EU-funded project "Direct grants to the Development Agency of Serbia", allocates grants for the purchase of manufacturing equipment. 

In 2023, the Ministry of Economy earmarked funds in the amount of approx. EUR 11.9 million.   

Enterprises covered by the Programme may be eligible for grants of up to 25% of the net value of procured equipment. This amount must be at least RSD 500,000.00 and cannot exceed RSD 5,000,000.00 Minimum participation of enterprises applying for the Programme is 5% of the net value of the equipment, while the remaining amount is covered by loans granted by commercial banks. 

Micro and small enterprises, entrepreneurs and cooperatives are all eligible to apply.

Manufacturing equipment covered by this grant includes a number of categories: 

  • manufacturing equipment and machinery;
  • transportation and handling vehicles included in production processes and internal transportation; 
  • parts, special tools for servicing machinery and other capital goods;
  • machinery and equipment for improving energy efficiency and own production efficiency regarding ecological aspects
  • new construction equipment needed to perform construction works.

An example:

Purchase price of the machine: EUR 50,000 +PDV
Downpayment:  5% - EUR 2,500 
Grant:  25% - EUR 12,500
Loan: EUR 35,000
Grace period: 6 months

The Programme will be active until the second half of August 2023.
