New eBanking and mBanking applications are available, which will provide you with a much better user experience and easier navigation, for faster and simpler payments and account management in ProCredit Bank.

  • Communicate with the bank through a special Inbox

Instructions for activating new applications

Instructions for activating NEW mBanking

To activate the new mBanking (mobile banking):

  1. Download the new mBanker application from Google Play, AppStore or AppGallery     
  2. Install the mBanker application, open it and click on the REGISTRATION button.
  3. Enter the first part of the activation code that you will receive via the e-mail registered with the bank
  4. Enter the second part of the activation code you received in the SMS message to the phone number registered in the bank
  5. Create a four-digit PIN
  6. Confirm the PIN by entering it again (note that the numbers on the keyboard change places, for better security, so you need to remember the numbers well, not the input pattern)
  7. Click Start mBANKING and you are ready to use the app!


IMPORTANT NOTE: Please start the activation process when you receive both parts of the activation code (e-mail and SMS).


Please note that the activation codes you will receive by e-mail and SMS are valid for the next 2 weeks, until February 6th.

After that, you need to request new codes by calling 011/2013131 on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Instructions for activating NEW eBanking

You will activate the new eBanking (electronic banking) by:

  • On our website, you click on the eBanking button or directly here
  • You enter your existing Username (without additional @ibank) and Password

  • A new window will open in which you need to create a new Password

  • Enter a new password, repeat it and click the "Login" button


The new eBanking account will be active immediately and you can start using it.
What should you do if you have forgotten your existing eBanking username or password?


If you have forgotten your existing username or password, you need to click on the question mark next to the username or password entry field, and you will be able to get your username and reset your password. You can see the detailed steps in the manual.

FAQ

You have not received mBanking activation codes

Activation codes for the new mBanking are sent in 2 parts. You will receive the first part of the activation code to the e-mail address registered in the bank, while the second part of the code will arrive in an SMS message.

If you have not received both or one part of the code, please contact technical support at 0112013131.

Your activation codes have expired

Call technical support at 0112013131 and request new codes.
