Representative examples of loan repayment 

 

The following are accepted securities for all housing loans:

 

  • An executive extrajudicial mortgage on the purchased real estate or on any other real estate. An authorised judicial expert should carry out the valuation of the real estate to be mortgaged
  • A basic risk insurance policy for the real estate to be mortgaged  in favour of ProCredit Bank
  • A blank bill of exchange signed by the loan beneficiary
  • A life insurance policy for the approved loan amount in favour of ProCredit Bank (in the event that the loan applicant has no life insurance, the credit insurance premium with the National Corporation increases by 0.25%)
  • Salary certificate for clients who receive a regular salary
