Once again ProCredit bank confirms its reliability

ProCredit Bank again receives the highest possible investment rating in Serbia

ProCredit Bank again receives the highest possible investment rating, verified by Fitch Ratings, one of the largest rating agencies in the world. This confirms the stability of ProCredit Bank’s operations, and that analysed risks are low.

ProCredit Bank Serbia’s investment rating has been assigned the highest grade that Fitch Ratings assigns to companies operating in our country, that is BBB-. A number of factors have influenced the excellent long-term rating of ProCredit Bank. In addition to high capitalisation and strong liquidity, ProCredit Bank has proven its expertise in lending to small and medium-sized enterprises and agriculture. Further, an adequate assessment of business risks was highlighted. This has had an all-together positive effect on the quality of the Bank's assets, which is above the banking sector average. Contributing to this highest rating in Serbia has certainly been the strong backing we receive from ProCredit Holding, seated in Frankfurt, as our sole shareholder.

-    From the moment we opened our doors in Serbia, ProCredit Bank has kept a true course which implies appropriate risk assessment, relative, in particular, to the lending segment. We have never been led by profit as the main driver of our business, rather, we remain focused on security and a long-term business model.  In addition to Fitch Ratings, we are pleased that our clients have recognised the quality of our work, that they seek out ProCredit Bank as their first choice, especially where savings are concerned - emphasised Igor Anić, Chairperson of the Executive Board.

Confirmation of the security and stability of ProCredit Bank's business model absolutely serves as a form of criteria when choosing a bank, and for existing clients as a guarantee that they have made the right choice.
