Loans, Energy efficiency loans

In our efforts to contribute towards the global trend of saving energy, ProCredit Bank has developed special loan products which enable you to substantially improve the energy efficiency of your business operations through the following kinds of investments:

• Replacement or upgrade of old windows, heating systems, pipes, boilers, lighting systems, etc.
• Installation of gas-fuelled appliances in your business premises
• Transfer to a more modern, environmentally friendly heating system (e.g. natural gas)
• Introduction of energy-efficient technologies and systems
• Introduction of modern heating systems, systems for hot water, air conditioning, ventilation, as well as equipment for renewable energy (e.g. solar panels)
• Modernisation of your heating system, roof construction, insulation, etc.
• Purchase of energy-saving equipment (e.g. equipment with „Energy Star“ label)
• Transfer to vehicles fueelled by natural gas and other types of environmentally friendly fuel
• Internal and external insulation of walls, roof, attic, basement, balcony, etc.
• Insulation of all windows and doors.

Entrepreneurs, legal entities and agricultural households are eligible for loans for remodelling, renovation or reconstruction of business premises for the purpose of saving energy.

Loan maturities are up to 84 months.

• Loans up to EUR 10,000 are approved without a guarantor or pledged assets for maturities up to 24 months. For maturities over 24 months, one creditworthy guarantor or a pledge is necessary.
• Loan amounts ranging from EUR 10,001 – EUR 25,000 are approved with one creditworthy guarantor and/or a pledge in the form of movable or immovable property. For loans with maturities over 60 months, a pledge is obligatory.
• For loans ranging from EUR 25,001 – EUR 100,000 a pledge in the form of movable or immovable property is necessary. For loans with maturities over 60 months, a mortgage is necessary.

ProCredit Bank also issues loans in amounts exceeding EUR 100,000 in special cases.
