Seminar for SMEs in Belgrade

The seminar topic “Communication and delegation – preconditions for a successful business“ was discussed in two blocks of lectures lasting 90 minutes each. The first block of lectures addressed the issues of leadership and effective communication with clients, whereas the second block of lectures focused on the knowledge and skills necessary for successful delegation.

The goal of these seminars is to share with SME representatives the knowledge and skills relevant for a long-term upgrade of business. Having chosen cutting-edge topics and top experts as seminar lecturers, ProCredit Bank wishes to give advice and guidelines to all domestic entrepreneurs and SME representatives for a successful adjustment of their business to the current market situation and market challenges.

Last year, ProCredit Bank organized a series of educational seminars under the name "Time to move on – how to adjust business practice and grasp opportunities", held in Belgrade, Kragujevac, Nis and Novi Sad. Excellent attendance at the last year’s seminar and positive reactions of over 2.000 participants assure us that another event of the type would gather this year a large number of domestic economy representatives as well, and encourage them to consider further improvement of their business.

The educational seminar for SME representatives is one of the two projects of ProCredit Bank realized as a part of the SME Week 2010 initiative (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Week). The SME Week 2010 project, which is oriented towards promoting entrepreneurship and SME business in Europe, was realized in more than 30 countries this year. ProCredit Bank received support in realization of this project from the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, as the coordinator of SME Week 2010 initiative for our country.
