What is necessary for international payments?
What do I need to know in order to fill the transfer order?
For all international transfers to EU countries, it is desirable to state the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of the beneficiary, as well as SWIFT/BIC address of the bank of beneficiary.
What is the currency date of the transfer order?
Transfer orders abroad are realized on the spot date, that is, on the date two working days after the day when the funds for payment are deposited and all documentation is submitted when the account of ProCredit Bank will be debited and the funds will be transferred to the bank account of the recipient, unless it is otherwise agreed. You can submit transfer orders abroad at each ProCredit Bank’s branch. Transfer orders submitted before 1 pm will be realized the same day with the spot currency date, unless the client / sender has requested differently.
When will the money be available for the recipient?
The recipient’s bank will make the money available on the account of its client in accordance with its internal business policy. According to banking practices, the funds are available within the same day, or in the course of two days.
What is the fee for transfers abroad?
The fees for transfers abroad are stated in official price list of ProCredit Bank. In case that the sender bears all expenses, the Bank calculates the fees in advance and issues the invoice with payment instructions. In case of subsequent calculation of expenses by the intermediary bank (e.g. reclamation incorrect/insufficient instruction etc.), ProCredit Bank will inform the client about expenses occurred and deliver the invoice with payment instructions. In case of currency conversion, ProCredit Bank’s exchange rates are applied.
