In that respect, ProCredit Bank organises events on topics that emphasise and strengthen the fundamental principles that the bank stands for.
ProAgro Leader
ProCredit Bank issued 50% of the total outstanding volume of agricultural loans in Serbia. This is testimony to our understanding of the local agricultural sector and our support for its development. In keeping with this commitment, the ProCredit Bank’s ProAgro Leader contest is an opportunity for the bank to celebrate the achievements of agricultural producers who make prudent investments, record exceptional output and successfully develop and improve their facilities.
Prizes include study trips to famous European agricultural events and to successful producers throughout Europe – in Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Austria and Italy; wherever there are good examples and opportunities to gain new knowledge, exchange information and establish contacts. The jury is comprised of experts from the fields of agriculture, banking and the media, and is supported by the relevant ministry. Prizes are awarded in four categories – small, medium-sized and large businesses and energy efficiency improvement in agriculture.

ProBusiness Leader
Small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs operate in flexible and important environments and form the backbone of a stable economy. Public support and an emphasis on their significance contribute to their development. ProCredit Bank therefore strives to achieve raise the profile of SMEs in its daily activities and through special events, such as the ProBusiness Leader award.
The objective of the contest is to encourage and incentivise entrepreneurs by promoting the most successful among them in the following categories: best entrepreneur, best small enterprise, best medium-sized enterprise and best energy efficiency improvement. According to the unique methodology developed by the bank, the jury – made up of economists, banking experts, financial journalists and representatives of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, with the support from the relevant ministry – choose ten winners from among the candidates. Prizes include study trips to the most important European fairs and entrepreneurial events and trips to the most successful enterprises. In this way, ProCredit Bank strives to change and improve the standing of SMEs and entrepreneurs and enable the winners to learn new skills and build more contacts.
